Guidelines
We want to keep this forum friendly, communicative and useful. However, any forum needs guidelines, so here they are. Most of them are just common sense...
1 - COURTESY
1.1 If someone takes the trouble to answer a problem or query you've posted, please at least have the courtesy to reply and let them know the outcome. There's nothing more annoying than wasting your time on someone who doesn't even acknowledge your time and effort.
2 - FLAMING
2.1 While it is perfectly acceptable to disagree on content, please refrain from personal attacks.
3 - TROLLING
3.1 Keep it friendly and keep it useful. Don't post simply to irritate.
3.2 There are places where you can post content that you perceive to be interesting or informational. We like this. But DON'T post anything POINTLESS!
3.3 Furthermore, this forum is not intended to be used for personal diary entries. If you want to write an online diary, do it elsewhere! There are blog sites for that crap!
4 - POST IN THE RIGHT FORUMS
4.1 If your topic is about something that we have a forum for, post it there.
4.2 If you don't see a suitable forum, please send a message to the category's Moderation team. If you don't see a suitable category, send a message to the Administrator. They will then consider your request.
5 - PRIVACY
5.1 Please do not divulge personal information about other members.
6 - SPAMMING
6.1 Links to other sites are permitted if those sites can be considered useful and relevent to the topic. However, flagrant spamming and advertising will not be tolerated.
6.2 Any flooding with useless content is not permitted.
6.3 We hate spam here.
7 - VULGARITY AND PORNOGRAPHY
7.1 No hardcore XXX or vulgar pictures are allowed in any forums.
7.2 Promotion of pornography or vulgarity is not permitted.
8 - WAREZ
8.1 Please do not upload any illegal software.
8.2 Don't post serial numbers, keygens or any kind of crack.
8.3 Please don't link to any warez or otherwise dubious sites.
9 - LANGUAGE
9.1 This site is ICRA rated and is suitable for all audiences. So please try and avoid bad language. If you absolutely have to swear, than fudge the word a bit first. Otherwise you're f*!#ing for it!
10 - EVERYTHING ELSE
10.1 Please do not ask someone else to post on your behalf. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to post (but able to send emails / PMs ???), then please contact the forum Moderator or Admin.
10.2 Don't post on behalf of someone else. If you receive a message asking you to do so (perhaps by someone emailing by mistake, rather than posting), then please refer to the appropriate Moderator or Admin.
10.3 Bold purple text is reserved for Forum Admin!
